Heated Toilet Seats

      Have you heard of heated toilet seats or toilet seat warmers? If you haven't you are not alone, many people are not aware they even exist.  For decades the toilet, with the exception of a few design and minor feature changes, has stayed basically unchanged.  With many people putting much effort into designing luxurious bathrooms, now their toilets and toilet seats are being updated or included in their bathroom plans.  Today there are incrediable toilets that offer jet flushing systems, lids that automatically open when you approach as well as close and flush as you leave, heated toilet seats, hygienic wash jets and dryers, all at a substantial price.

While the average bathroom will not be equipped with such an extravagant toilet, you can choose to add features such as a heated toilet seat.  There are a number of styles as well as opions that you can choose from.

There are models that automatically warm the toilet seat while other styles can be turned off and on.  Manufacturers offer heated toilet seats alone or in combination with such features as padded seats, quiet close lids, odour eliminators, wash jets and dryers or self cleaning.  Toilet seat warmers are rapidly growing in popularity.  Most installations of these types of seats are relatively easy, though some may have certain requirements.
