Japanese Bath Tubs
Traditionally the Japanese bath tub is used for both relaxing and relieving tired aching muscles. In Japan it would be considered extremely rude to cleanse in this tub. They clean before entering and will enjoy this unit more as a soaker tub. The Japanese bath tub is so deep that when the average person is seated in it the water reaches up to around the neck area. Due to the depth you can really enjoy relaxing and unwinding in this tub. There are also units that are built for two as well as some models featuring jets. The basic traditional model of the Japanese bathtub is much shorter in length than the average American bathtub and with its height it almost appears square more like a cube. The size of the units would also be suitable for those with very limited space. As well there are versions of this style of tub in some magnificent larger displays that are the very luxurious.
